Hi! I’m Erika, and I am a passionate, New York-based dancer, choreographer, coach, and fitness professional. I love how moving my body frees my soul, and my goal to share that enthusiasm with others in any way I can. I love my crazy little multifaceted career, in which, in any given week, I teach professional dancers and recreational booty shakers alike, and coach fitness instructors on the elements of cuing, movement integrity, and musicality. I have a witty, upbeat teaching style and I love working with anyone who likes to move, so my peeps bridge the gap between the dance studio, the stage, and the fitness club. Works for me!
A seasoned performer and consummate student of life, I firmly believe that education is paramount. I earned my B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from The University of Michigan, where I first learned that practice and persistence unlock the door to success. Combining my education with her experience as a theatrical General Manager, I have recently co-developed MTCollegePrep.com, a website for kids who want to go to college for Musical Theatre.
I am ready, willing, and able to teach your next master class, choreograph your next production, or lead a cuing workshop for your club’s instructors. I also conduct one-on-one coaching sessions virtually, which is convenient and easy!
