On taking action despite fear.

Last week I had a particularly vulnerable post-show conversation on DB365 with our host JD. He asked me about fear. What was I afraid of, but still taking action despite that fear?

My answer? I’m stepping up my game and putting myself out there in a big way. I want to do more. It’s terrifying- fear of criticism, exposure, you name it. But I’m going for it (so yes, expect to hear from me more frequently 🙂

Take a look at the interview above and share your thoughts below in the comments section!

If you can’t watch right now, here are the takeaways:

  1. Feel the fear totally, but don’t let it stop you from growth.
  2. Enlist people to help you in your journey and hold you accountable.
  3. Know that you’ll come out stronger on the other side.
  4. Repeat.

Let me know what you think, and if you’d like to share below what you’re facing, I’m happy to support you as you leap into the abyss! Also, if you’re feeling fear about moving your body (particularly dancing), I have something coming up for you that might nudge you to give it a try. Hint: It involves Don’t Dodge the Dance Call and a Halloween discount 😉

See you soon!
