I'm Erika, a Certified Menopause Coach Specialist and wellness expert with 18+ years under my belt in the industry.

I'm also certified in Understanding Hormones, Programming for the Female Client, I'm a Heart Rate specialist, and most importantly, I'm right smack in the middle of perimenopause myself. I've designed original programming for big brands including Beachbody, Equinox, and more, but designing for this population (aka YOU) has become my passion and my purpose.

So... What is Hormonal for the Holidays? 

WHAT: A low stress online coaching course, designed specifically for the season.

The goal is to help women on the menopause journey set healthy habits into motion, create a beautiful holiday experience, and have a damn good time this season, despite disruptive menopausal symptoms.

Module 1: Your Holiday Vision and Making The Plan

We'll kick off the course together on our first live call as you explore your vision for the ultimate holiday experience. You'll get your Holiday Vision Statement and Holiday Goals Checklist downloads, as well as your first weekly workout plan.

Module 2: Parties, Food, and Drink

We're talking all things nutrition, supplements, cocktails, mocktails and more. Using the food and symptoms tracker, you'll zero in on how different foods affect your system, and we'll play with strategic alcohol intake and/or reduction, as well as make conscious party plans.

Module 3: Stress Busters and Self Care

Module 3 is about controlling what you can. You'll learn about cortisol and how it affects us in menopause, do some reflecting on what stresses you out and make a plan to reduce it, and download a daily self care checklist.

Module 4: Being Present

Meant to be done the week of Christmas, Module 4 is minimal in nature, focusing on efficient, easy movement and prioritizing the things that truly matter in the season. You'll download the Grounded and Glowing workbook to jot down notes at your leisure later in the week if you choose.

Module 5: Turning Inward to Turn The Year

Our most self reflective module of all, you'll draw on what you learned about yourself in the other modules to define your Menopause Vision Statement, and continue musing in the Grounded and Glowing workbook to set a plan in place for the New Year.
