I'm a Certified Menopause Coach Specialist who has been in the fitness and wellness industry for almost two decades. I'm also TOTALLY perimenopausal at 48, so I can speak from education AND experience on all things menopause!
In addition to my certification as a menopause coach, I also carry certifications in Understanding Hormones and Programming for the Female Client, and I'm a Heart Rate Performance Specialist and am certified by the American Council on Exercise.
On a personal note, I too am firmly planted in the Sandwich Generation (if you know, you know), raising a tween daughter and helping my husband manage care for his mom, who has dementia.
