Join the Menoparty!

Join me and my amazing community of peri/menopausal women for our next vibrant discussion on Zoom!

The Menoparty is free to all, and a replay link will be emailed to you after the call for those who cannot make it live.

Our next Menoparty is WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 13 at 8pm EST with special guest, Financial Therapist Rachel Duncan! There's a lot of work to do around money in midlife- spending, saving, and healing (yes, I said healing- financial trauma is real!). Consider this session a part of your self care, and hope to see you there.

Rachel Duncan is a Financial Therapist and Art Therapist based in Denver. She's passionate about helping impulse spenders and money avoiders learn to trust themselves. She created the Money Healing Club out of a commitment to provide an affordable, compassionate, creative, and trauma-informed space for self-aware people to heal their relationship with money. Signing up for this Menoparty is the ULTIMATE self care flex and I'm so happy you'll be there.

Hey there, I'm Erika.

I'm a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, seasoned fitness expert, and producer who has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years. I've worked as an instructor and trainer for household fitness brands like Equinox, Reebok, SoulCycle, and Daily Burn.

As the industry landscape shifted toward connected fitness, I tapped into my love of production and became a content strategist. I've produced thousands of workouts for MYXfitness, Beachbody, and Openfit, and consulted for several startup projects in the fitness and wellness space. No matter what side of the table I'm on, however, I remain driven by one thing: A passion for instilling connection and confidence through the power of movement.

Which brings me to where I am now! In my late '40s, navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause, and everything is different. I exercise differently, eat differently, and prioritize life differently. I've made it my goal to empower women going through this transition to feel their best by making micro-changes in fitness, nutrition, sleep, and self care.

In addition to being a CMCS (GGS Academy), I am certified in Group Exercise (ACE), Pre/Postnatal Exercise Programming, Understanding Hormones, Functional Programming for the Female Client, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, and am a Heart Rate Performance Specialist. Additionally, I've appeared as an expert in Glamour Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Weight Watchers Magazine, Backstage, Fit Nation, The View, and more.
